Roxanna Manuel is a founding member of Kupferstein Manuel & Quinto LLP. She joined with partners Phyllis Kupferstein and David Quinto in February 2014, after practicing commercial litigation for over 14 years at one of the country’s premier trial firms, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. Ms. Manuel has experience litigating all types of business cases, including labor and employment matters, breach of contract, unfair competition claims, trade secret theft, employment mobility litigation, and antitrust issues. Ms. Manuel is also an active trial lawyer.

Ms. Manuel has a particular expertise in labor and employment matters, representing employers in cases involving allegations of discrimination based on race, gender and disability, family leave laws, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment related torts, unfair competition claims, and labor grievances involving tenure issues. In addition, she also provides advice and counseling to employers on issues including handbook policies, discipline and termination, and sexual harassment prevention.

Ms. Manuel graduated cum laude, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was a member of the award-winning Byrne Trial Advocacy Team.
